Today, you will embark on a journey to explore the captivating city of Leh. Your itinerary includes a visit to the Shanti Stupa, a peace monument inaugurated by the Dalai Lama, and the Hall of Fame War Museum, subject to operational availability. Next, visit the historic Leh Palace, built in the 16th century by ruler Sengge Namgyal, which suffered significant damage during the Kashmir-Ladakh war.
